To further study and implement Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and further strengthen the education and ideological cultivation of graduating students, on the morning of June 8th, Liu Yu, the Party Secretary of the School of Physical Science and Technology at the university, gave a special party lecture in room 30345 of the Xipu campus for the graduating student party members of the school's class of 2023. The lecture aimed to guide the student party members of the physics school to further play a leading and exemplary role in a broader field.
Under the theme of "Maintaining the Advanced Nature of Party Members and Becoming Politically Competent and Skilled Young Party Members in the New Era," Liu Yu combined the current requirements for studying and implementing Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and from the perspectives of history and reality, international and domestic situations, and ideology and action, respectively, demanded that graduating student party members "strengthen their consciousness of the Party Constitution in their ideological realm," "enhance their party spirit and ideological cultivation in their political literacy," and "strengthen their capacity building in their practical actions." Liu Yu emphasized that student party members of the physics school are always part of the school and are glorious Communist Party members. They should always remember their original mission, speak and act for the Party, constantly improve their self-cultivation, actively serve the people of the country, and constantly make new contributions to the country, society, and nation. Party members expressed that this party lecture was not only a special party lecture given by the Party Secretary of the school to party members, but also a collective talk given by a teacher to students, and a sincere exhortation from an elder to younger generations.
