Senior year is a harvest season. In order to further understand the living conditions and electricity consumption of senior students, to better strengthen their awareness of safe electricity consumption, and to encourage graduates to take postgraduate entrance examinations, to better guide graduates'employment, Liu Yu—the Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Physical Science and Technology , Tang Meijiang —the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Men Manzhou—the Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Zheng Yan—a counselor for senior students, and Wu Jie—a counselor for junior students, visited the girls'dormitories of Grade 2015 of the School of Physical Science and Technology at 6:30 p.m. on November 20, 2018, having a cordial conversation with the students.
During the visit,Mr. Liu learned about the living conditions in the dormitory, inquired about the learning situation and problems of many students, and gave life suggestions. Students have their own plans for the future, and strive for their own future. Among them, 15 students have already obtain the opportunity of postgraduate recommendation to their favorite university, and they are already actively preparing for graduation design. Although some students missed the opportunity of postgraduate recommendation, they did not give up their studies. The target schools of students which are readying for postgraduate entrance examination vary from person to person.Among them, many students intend to take part in the postgraduate examination of our university and continue to achive their dreams of Jiaotong University. The students who take part in the postgraduate entrance examination all have specific plans to review and implement, and the review work is carried out in an orderly manner. There are also a few students who plan to study abroad, want to learn about foreign education and improve their academic literacy abroad. In addition, some students intend to get jobs directly, and even six students have signed contracts with famous domestic enterprises and will be employed after graduation. Mr. Liu affirmed the students'choices and encouraged them to keep a positive attitude all the time. He believed that they would reach the other side of victory.
In recent years, there have been very few students applying for civil servants, and the number of success has been few. Due to the opening of the policy, the school encouraged students to actively apply for civil servants. Mr.Tang asked about the preparations of several students preparing for civil servants.,encouraging students to prepare for the exam.
Mr. Men reminded the students that they should pay attention to the hygiene of the dormitory while they are busy studying. They should be diligent in organizing the house. A good environment is the prerequisite for learning.
