On the afternoon of November 16th at 3:30 PM, the School of Physical Science and Technology convened its annual "Dual Representation Conference" in the X30334 conference room. Members of the school's party and administrative leadership, as well as representatives from the "Dual Representation Conference," attended the meeting. The session was presided over by Zhu Hao, Deputy Chair of the School Union.
In the school's work report, Vice Dean Jia Huanyu summarized the achievements of the past year in various aspects of the school, including undergraduate teaching, graduate education and teaching, research levels, talent development, and international exchanges and cooperation. He reported on the school's cyclical goals and outlined key priorities for the future. He encouraged all faculty and staff to seize opportunities, continue their efforts, and maintain the positive development momentum.
Subsequently, Chen Xi reported on the collection and use of union fees, and Wei Zhenxing reported on the work of the school union. The school union, leveraging its organizational advantages, actively and steadily advanced various tasks over the past year. Wei Zhenxing expressed that in the future, the union will closely align with the school's central work, serve the overall development of the school, unite and mobilize all faculty and staff to play their roles as masters, and provide warmer services for the faculty and staff.
In her concluding speech, Secretary Li Zhuohui provided a summary. She fully affirmed the school's recent achievements and expressed sincere thanks to all faculty and staff as well as the representatives of the Dual Representation Conference for their diligent work and dedication. She hoped to further leverage the roles of the Faculty Representative Conference and the union, unite and mobilize all faculty and staff around the central tasks of the school, enhance their sense of ownership and their role as the main force. Secretary Li Zhuohui urged everyone to earnestly implement the fundamental task of moral education, make new and greater contributions to achieving the cyclical goals of the school and ensuring its high-quality development.
